SeaByte Labs, LLC ("SeaByteLabs," "we," "our," or "us") builds and operates mobile applications and related services. This Privacy Policy explains what limited personal data our mobile apps collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

Our mobile applications are intentionally designed to collect only the minimum data required to enable secure access and communication:

• Email Address – used as your unique login identifier and for account-related communication.
• Name – optionally collected to personalize in‑app experience and communications.

No other personal data (such as location, contacts, device files, advertising identifiers, payment details, or behavioral tracking) is intentionally collected by our apps unless explicitly stated in a separate feature‑specific notice.

2. How We Use This Data

• Authentication & Account Access: Your email (and name, if provided) are used to create, verify, and let you sign in to your account.
• Communications: We may use your email and (if provided) name to respond to support requests, send essential account notices (security, service changes), and—only with your consent—inform you about new features.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data.

3. Data Storage & Security

Data is stored in secure cloud infrastructure with industry‑standard protections (encryption at rest and in transit, access controls, audit logging). Despite our safeguards, no system is completely immune from risk. We encourage use of strong, unique passwords where applicable.

4. Data Sharing

Your email and name may be shared only with trusted service providers that help us operate (e.g., authentication, transactional email). These providers are bound by contractual obligations to use the data solely to perform requested services.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, or security.

We retain your email and name for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide services. If you delete your account or request erasure, we will remove or anonymize the data within a reasonable period unless retention is required by law (e.g., fraud prevention, compliance).

• Access / Update: You can view or update your email and name via the app or by contacting support.
• Deletion: Request account deletion to remove associated personal data.
• Communication Preferences: You may opt out of non‑essential emails at any time.
• Consent Withdrawal: If a feature requests extra data, you can decline or later disable it.

7. Children's Privacy

Our mobile apps are not directed to children under 13 (or under the age defined by local law). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us for removal.

We may update this Policy as our apps evolve. The "Last Updated" date reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be highlighted in‑app or via email when appropriate.
